TECHNOLOGY
YANGAROO's patented Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) is the leading secure B2B digital delivery solution for the music industry and advertisers. DMDS is a web-based delivery system that pioneers secure digital file distribution by incorporating biometrics, high-value encryption and watermarking. The first application of DMDS replaces the physical distribution of new musical recordings by record companies from the studio, internally, and to radio stations with more secure, more effective and less costly digital distribution of broadcast quality media via the Internet.
BROADCAST QUALITY
Today's listeners have very high expectations about the quality of the music they hear. That's why we have gone to great lengths to establish the highest possible quality standard for the music DMDS delivers. Music downloaded using DMDS is delivered as 16-bit WAV files.
ADMITONE SECURITY
DMDS incorporates a biometric technology called AdmitOne Security to improve access security and prevent password sharing. AdmitOne Security uses patented keystroke dynamics technology originally designed and developed at the Stanford Research Institute. AdmitOne Security gives the user ID and password system an added layer of user authentication security with a unique keystroke dynamics biometric profile. It does this by creating an individual profile for each user based upon their highly individual typing rhythms. AdmitOne Security is unique because it is "software only", thus eliminating the need for additional hardware.
"AdmitOne Security is an impressive product, with a lot of implementation flexibility. I heartily recommend it to those seeking to implement multifactor authentication."

"The mission of the World Bank is global and we needed the ability to authenticate VPN users accessing our network from remote locations in the US and other countries around the world. As a software-only solution, AdmitOne Security provided us with strong authentication for point solutions as well as the ability to integrate with the institutional PKI. In addition, since there is no hardware to ship, install, train, maintain, or replace; the total cost of ownership (TCO) remains very low when compared with hardware-based solutions."
Jim Nelms, Chief Security Officer for the Treasury & Global Operations - World Bank
"Our customers security has always been of critical importance to us. With the rise in hacker incidents, we want to be on the cutting-edge of security technology innovations. AdmitOne Security's new solution enables us to continue our commitment to preserving privacy and protecting against fraudulent activities. Now even if credentials were to be stolen, our customers will still be protected."
Tom Robertson, SVP of Information Technology - Charter Bank
WATERMARKING
DMDS is the only digital media distribution solution to employ an SDMI and ISO certified watermarking technology. The watermark has been independently proven to persist through multiple digital and analog conversions and can be applied on a transactional basis. Combined with the biometrics employed by DMDS, the watermark provides a strong link to the individual (not the machine) that downloaded a track. This combination provides the most advanced system of personal accountability available to record labels and radio today.
BIOMETRIC RIGHTS MANAGMENT
Biometric Rights Management (BRM) is the basis for YANGAROO's unique approach to providing a secure, yet user-friendly, solution for digital media delivery. Basically, BRM is the combination of biometrics with what is commonly referred to as Digital Rights Management (DRM). This combination enables YANGAROO's DMDS to verify and manage the media access rights granted to individual users by content providers.
